What credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, EuroCard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB cards. All order forms are securely processed by Paypal.

How do I change the credit card used to pay my account?

We do not store any credit card information! All credit card information is held by the payment processor, Paypal, therefore you should change this info from within your paypal account.

How do I cancel or upgrade my account?

Simply login to your support account and cancel subcsription. You may also cancel directly from your payment processor account, eg Paypal. All cancelled accounts are terminated immediately.

Why has my site been suspended?

The reason should be displayed in place of your web pages.

You have gone over your bandwidth allocation.

You should monitor your bandwidth usage through the control panel every week or so and contact us if you are likely to go over your limit.

Your credit card has failed.

If your credit card fails for monthly payments then we will suspend your site. Its possible we do not have an up to date email address for you. Update this info in your support account if this happens. Sites suspended for non payment are deleted after 10 days unless you contact us to make other arrangements.

Your site displays unsuitable content.

Adult content is unauthorized, and you cannot use copyrighted material.
